If we are unable to accommodate your preferred number of nights or guests, and no alternative accommodation can be arranged, the deposit will be refunded to the credit card used for payment.
Half of the deposit can be refunded to customers who wish to cancel or are unable to respond on time during the provisional reservation stage.
