Cancellation Policy. Should you need to cancel your order after has been placed formally, a cancellation fee will apply as outlined in the chart below.


# Please note: Our company cannot process cancellation requests on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. We recommend contacting us for cancellations at your earliest convenience. Furthermore, cancellation requests submitted on a normal day after 17:00 will be processed on the next working day and the effective cancellation date will be considered as the next working day. We apology in advance for any inconvenience caused.
& In the process of making a tentative reservation order while the formal booking confirmation is underway, if customers wish to cancel their booking for personal reasons, such as being unable to reply on time or cancelling for private reasons, please note that we can only refund half of the deposit, which amounts to $250.In all circumstances, both during tentative reservation and formal reservation, the company will not bear any losses incurred from charges charged by financial institutions, including but not limited to banks and credit card companies. This means that customers may not receive a full refund.
* A 'continuous trip' refers to staying in the same accommodation facility under the same plan, with the same number of customer(s), number of room(s), room type, and dining plan
^ The company is not responsible for accidents outside of our control. In such cases, customers are still required to settle the applicable cancellation fee.
$ Changes to an existing order, such as the departure date, travel plan, or partial arrangements for transportation and/or accommodation, will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to cancelling the entire original order, as outlined above.
