這裡不僅是日本神話發源地，更是一處瀰漫神祕氣氛的聖地。行程特別安排神職人員帶領參拜天岩戶神社西本宮，並於展望台向供奉於天岩戶的神明参拜。

其後步行約 10 分鐘前往天安河原，在自然與神話交織的環境中，拍攝鳥居、石堆與光影構成的獨特景致。於天安河原堆疊石塊許願，更成為旅人延續至今的傳統。

天岩戶神社及天安河原

由阿蘇火山爆發所形成，峽谷全長約 7 公里，斷崖高達 80 至 100 公尺，是日本最具代表性的自然風景之一。
