The course features two main dishes: ①Dancing Abalone (grilled live abalone) ②Japanese Wagyu Sirloin Steak ➂For the simmered dish, we serve Whole Kinmedai Simmered in Our Secret Sweet‑Soy Broth, a melt‑in‑your-mouth specialty. ※ One whole Kinmedai will be prepared per group.

Since the establishment of our main building more than a century ago, we have upheld the traditional craft of Yumori, specialists dedicated to managing hot spring water.
