At Gora Hanaogi Madokanomori, we are taking on the world’s first challenge of cooking with hydrogen as part of our efforts toward decarbonization. The entire facility features tatami flooring, allowing guests to experience the warmth of natural wood throughout.

During winter, when snow is forecast on the Pacific side, there may be snowfall on National Route 138 and National Route 1. We recommend using winter tires or carrying tire chains.
Food allergy accommodations: We can accommodate eggs, dairy products, peanuts and buckwheat (advance reservation required: please contact us at least 5 days before). We cannot accommodate vegetarian diets, fish, gluten-free diets, religious dietary restrictions, soy (including soy sauce) or miso.
