Access: From JR Sanyo Main Line Shin-Yamaguchi Station, take the JR Yamaguchi Line bound for Masuda for about 18 minutes and get off at Yuda Onsen Station. From there, it’s about a 10-minute walk or a 3-minute taxi ride.

As we use only wild tiger puffer fish sourced directly from Shimonoseki’s Nanfu-dome Fishing Port, puffer fish dishes are not included in the standard kaiseki course. They are available by special order and must be reserved at least one week in advance. It is also possible to incorporate puffer fish into the kaiseki course for an additional fee (advance reservation required).
Breakfast service begins at 8:00 a.m.

Yuda Onsen boasts a highly alkaline quality with a pH of 9.14, gentle on the skin. Enjoy the pure, 100% free-flowing hot spring water directly from the source.
