Reservation Center Hours: 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. / 1:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m.
For guests using wheelchairs or those with mobility difficulties, please note that there is no elevator. Kindly reserve a room on the first floor.
All rooms are non‑smoking. A designated smoking area is available outside the main entrance.
Complimentary shuttle service is available between Izu‑Atagawa Station and the inn. Pick‑ups run every 30 minutes from 14:25 to 16:55, and advance reservation by phone is required.
We do not accept pre‑school children. They are not permitted to enter the premises.
